Erin Law,

Erin Law has long felt a calling to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and reach new levels of growth and fulfillment. She began her career in education, earning her Bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education in 2003, with certifications to teach both English and Spanish. Recognizing the mental health needs of many students and families around her, Erin went on to earn her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2005.

For the next decade, Erin worked with children, adolescents, and families in intensive treatment settings, including schools, homes, and residential treatment centers. In 2015, she moved to Texas and joined a clinical team with Nikki Garza and Kevin Randall, founders of The Family Intensive Institute and co-creators of the Integrated Attachment Model. As a clinical director in a residential treatment center for young adult women, Erin became adept at treating a range of complex issues through the lens of attachment, emphasizing the healing power of relationships.

Alongside her expertise in the Integrated Attachment Model, Erin has advanced training in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and attachment/relational issues, as well as challenges related to neurodiversity and executive functioning.

Erin is passionate about building trusting relationships with her clients, creating a safe space for direct and honest dialogue that uncovers truths essential to healing.

Outside of her professional work, Erin is the mother of twin girls and the stepmother to two young adult women.
